Riding Sessions
- 10 riders each day, through the levels
- Rider open date June 1 – please apply before July 25
Format
- Training & First Level – Semi-private sessions (1 hour) – $100 each
- Second Level & above – Private sessions (45 minutes) – $150 each

A is for Awareness & Alignment
- Recognizing asymmetry in your body
- Understanding what feels “normal” vs. what is ideal
- Alignment of the leg, pelvis, ribcage, and shoulders
Sunday’s Talk
B is for Breath; C is for Connection
- Breathing patterns and rider effectiveness
- How breath impacts the pelvic floor and your seat
- How alignment and breath influence connection with the horse
A brief Q&A will follow each day’s session.
About Suzanne Galdun
Suzanne Galdun is one of only thirteen rider biomechanics coaches in the United States accredited by Mary Wanless in the Ride With Your Mind? method. She has studied directly with Mary for over 12 years and is based in the Chicago suburbs.
Suzanne is a highly sought-after clinician known for helping riders make small, precise changes that lead to meaningful improvements in their horses. Deeply connected to the grassroots dressage community, she also coaches international FEI riders, including Lauren Sprieser and Jessica Jo Tate, as well as many of their students in clinic settings.
